The building could be better but the food more than makes up for it! Expect to get more than your monies worth here! Fantastic burritos and chips.
Black Cat is my favorite place to eat in Boone. It's a great tex-mex type restaurant, with a super laid-back feel. The staff are all generally college students; not overly friendly, but do a good job. But the food is fantastic. Build your own massive burrito, or try a menu favorite (the burrito of Brotherly Love is a philly cheesesteak in a burrito - amazing). Fresh ingredients, large portions. Love it!
