Black Cat is my favorite place to eat in Boone. It's a great tex-mex type restaurant, with a super laid-back feel. The staff are all generally college students; not overly friendly, but do a good job. But the food is fantastic. Build your own massive burrito, or try a menu favorite (the burrito of Brotherly Love is a philly cheesesteak in a burrito - amazing). Fresh ingredients, large portions. Love it!
