Looking for a subleaser starting in May 2010

I am looking for someone to take over my rent in May 2010. The rent is 375.00 a month. Apartment is perfect for Appalachian student, it is on the purple route or express. There are currently 2 males living in the apartment, both are very friendly and extremely neat. There are new hardwood floors, newly installed ceiling fans, full kitchen and bar, living room, dinning room, washer, dryer, and back porch.
