looking for a 2 bedroom house around dec 09 or jan 10

my friend and i are looking to find a house to share around december or january. i live in a studio apt right now so i would have to know something soon so i could find a subleaser. we have a dog and cat, that are very well behaved and would have plenty of references for them.
