Christian Couple Looking for a Lease/Rent w/Option To Buy Home

My Husband and I are in search for a Lease/Rent Option Home that the seller will be willing to Finance. We are looking for a three bedroom, two bath home preferably in the Country. Our Grandchildren will spend the Summers with us, 2 of them aged 5 and 10. We are looking for payments of $600 a month or less, The house can be a fixer upper, but must be livable and have at least one acre of land. We love to garden and plant flowers as well. We are very clean people and will take very good care of the home and property. I am on disability and my Husband will be employed with in a week, He has several jobs that he qualifies for in the area. We would like to locate a real nice Baptist Church to attend on Sundays and Wednesdays. We have poured our hearts out to God and ask for his direction and guidance, He is guiding us to Boone.
