Looking for an apartment or sublease for Fall/Spring 09-10

I am a third year student at Appalachian State University and my plans for housing just fell through...As of now I have no place of residence for this upcoming semester, and for that reason I am willing to take whatever may be available. I am single, have no pets, I do not smoke, and I have a roommate if I need one. I would prefer a lower rent apartment, however if need be I can spend what I must; within reason of course.
