Two responsible girls looking for housing for 09-10 school year

My roommate and I are looking for a place to live for the 2009-2010 school year. We would like to being leasing in August. We are looking for a two bedroom house/apt/duplex with 1 bathroom, or 1.5 /2. We are both responsible tenants, education majors, nonsmokers, nonpartyers. I have lived in an apartment complex the last two years, and would be willing to provide references from my landlord, if necessary. We are in a time crunch, or if anyone has anything, please let me know! We would prefer walking distance, but will take anything if it is near an appalcart route.
