I am looking for at least 1000 sq/ft of warehouse/office space in Boone. The space will not be for retail use so it is ok if it is not "built" out or finished. I just ask that it have Electricity, heat, bathroom, capable of internet hook-up. Raw space is OK. Please contact me if you have warehouse/office space sitting empty that you would like to have occupied with at least a year lease signed... Can pay $500-$700 per month depending on size and amenities of space.
