5 Students looking for a place to call home

We are five students looking for a nice place to call home. We are willing to pay $1600.00, but that is also negotiable. We have one cat who is 9 years old, de-clawed, and doesn't do much but hang out in the window. We also have a 13 year old Cocker Spaniel who is deaf and does not bark and is completely house trained.
