Husband (community college instructor) and wife (high school teacher) are relocating to Boone area with 2 year old child. We are in need of a 2 bedroom unfurnished dwelling (apt or condo) with 1-2 baths for a 12-month lease. We would like to be within 10 miles of Boone. Also, we have a 9 year old outdoor cat that we would like to remain part of the family. We would prefer a quiet, family oriented environment in which to live.
