Professional couple living in Charlotte would like to rent a unit in the Banner Elk/ Beech Mtn. area from Sept./Oct. thru Feb./March. Only 1 BD is needed, but would be interested in any reasonable housing including an efficiency, 1BD, or 2BD.
Prefer furnished.
No pets and no smoking.
Prefer to spend $500 or less - will spend up to $600/month.
