PP/PI Business Analyst (Production Planning/Process Industry)



Location: Gordonsville, VA



Permanent Position: Relocation Options will be included.



Minimum Education Requirement:

2 year Associates Degree and attended at least 3 SAP sponsored module specific courses



Experience level required (years in industry, type of sales, etc.):

5-7 years senior SAP PP/PI Analyst



Additional Core Requirements



- Full understanding and experience of PP/PI module configuration and standard functionality in a manufacturing environment.

- Experience supporting a planning optimization tool, a plus

- Experience developing and maintaining SAP Workflows, a plus

- Experience with developing SAP ABAP Queries and a general knowledge of the ABAP language and tools.

- Working knowledge of SAP in a manufacturing environment with multiple company codes, plants, warehouses, currencies and intercompany processing.

- SAP troubleshooting skills mandatory.

- Excellent oral and written English communication skills required.



Description of tasks:



- Maintain existing system functionality while initiating new SAP feature in the PP/PI module

- Support end users in trouble shooting and analysis needs relative to PP/PI

- Develop and maintain documentation of configuration, business process procedures, training materials and application design specifications

- Responsible for unit testing and supporting integration testing

- Enhance SAP installation through hotpacks and upgrades

- Responsible for SAP implementation rollout projects and post implementation support



Training/Assimilation Process:



Knowledge transfer from PP/PI Business Analyst, if employee or consultant is still available. Scheduled training sessions with Key Users of functional departments to understand functional processes and procedures implemented. Review and become familiar with I.T. application support documentation and share knowledge with other KPA and KPE Business Analysts. Annually attend 2 offsite educational events.

Professional individual with senior level knowledge of SAP PP/PI module. Ability to work in a team environment and be able to lead and direct within a team. Dedicated, hardworking, and self motivating individual. Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
